Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Products and 3D-Printing Characteristics
Our products are manufactured using additive 3D-printing processes. Products may display normal characteristics such as:
- Layer lines
- Seams
- Minor support-removal marks
- Slight texture differences
- Minor dimensional variations
- Small cosmetic imperfections
- Slight differences in color between filament batches, photographs and screens
These characteristics are not considered defects when they do not materially affect the product’s intended use.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, measurements and tolerances are approximate. Contact us before ordering if your application requires a particular fit, tolerance, material property or performance requirement.
Product Images and Accessories
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, filament batches, monitors and mobile-device settings.
Sports cards, graded slabs, toploaders, tools, equipment and other props shown in product photographs are for demonstration purposes and are not included unless the product description expressly states otherwise.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, decline or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product or material unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or listing information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Production limitations
- Shipping restrictions
- Unlawful or unsafe custom-print requests
- Inability to meet a required deadline
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion.
Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax, shipping charges and other disclosed fees will be shown during checkout.
Payment is due when the order is placed unless a written custom quote provides different terms. Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, Cash App Pay or another displayed payment provider. Your use of a payment provider is also governed by that provider’s terms.
We may correct pricing, description or calculation errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you for approval of the corrected terms or cancel and refund the affected item.
Custom Printing and Design Services
Custom work may include printing from customer-provided files, modifying an existing design, creating a new design, producing prototypes or manufacturing an item according to customer-supplied measurements.
Custom work may require:
- A written quote
- Full or partial advance payment
- Design approval
- Confirmation of dimensions
- Approval of a prototype, rendering or sample
- Additional production time
The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving dimensions, spelling, text, logos, colors, quantities, orientation and other specifications.
Changes requested after approval or after production begins may require additional charges and a revised completion date.
Customer-Provided Files and Intellectual Property
When submitting a file, image, logo, model, drawing or other material, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the material or have permission to use it
- The requested use does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other rights
- The material and requested product are lawful
- The product is not intended for an unlawful, deceptive or dangerous purpose
You grant The Card Chop a limited license to access, review, modify when authorized, reproduce and use submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to quote, design, manufacture and fulfill the requested work.
You remain responsible for claims arising from materials or instructions you provide.
Prohibited Custom-Print Requests
The Card Chop may refuse any request involving:
- Firearms, firearm receivers or regulated weapon components
- Illegal weapons or prohibited devices
- Counterfeit goods
- Stolen or unlawfully copied designs
- Products intended to bypass safety or security measures

- Safety-critical, medical or life-support applications that we are not qualified to manufacture
Refusal of a request does not obligate us to provide detailed reasoning.
Ownership of Designs Created by The Card Chop
Purchasing a printed product does not automatically transfer ownership of CAD files, digital models, source files, production methods or intellectual property created by The Card Chop.
Unless a written quote or agreement states otherwise:
- The customer owns the physical product purchased
- Customer-provided files remain subject to the customer’s existing rights
- Original designs, modifications and production files created by The Card Chop remain the property of The Card Chop
- Source files and exclusive design rights are not included
- Any transfer of digital files or intellectual-property rights requires a separate written agreement and may require an additional fee
Production and Shipping
Estimated production and shipping times are provided in good faith but may vary based on order volume, material availability, equipment maintenance, weather, carrier delays and the complexity of custom work.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by law.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Contact us promptly regarding lost, delayed or damaged shipments so we can review the available carrier information and assist with a claim.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders. Customers must wait until they receive confirmation that the order is ready.
Pickup may be by appointment only. The former Card Chop retail location should not be assumed to be an active pickup or return location unless the customer receives specific instructions.
For pickup orders, the delivery and return periods begin when the order is collected.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our separately posted Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
Custom and personalized products are generally final sale once design or production work begins, except when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law or our posted policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are not certified for:
- Medical or life-safety use
- Structural or load-bearing applications
- Automotive safety applications
- High-temperature environments
- Food-contact use

We may request separate permission before using identifiable customer content in promotional materials.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our website relies on third-party services for hosting, checkout, payment processing, analytics, communication and shipping. We are not responsible for interruptions, policies or conduct controlled solely by those third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to the descriptions, express promises and policies posted on the website.

For claims involving a purchased product, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a greater remedy is required by law.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including any rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law.
Indemnification for Customer-Provided Materials
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from customer-provided files, designs or instructions that infringe another person’s rights or request an unlawful product.
This provision does not make you responsible for claims caused solely by The Card Chop’s unauthorized changes or independent misconduct.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s consumer-protection laws must apply.
Before filing a legal claim, the parties agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue by contacting one another and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Any legal proceeding that may lawfully be brought in Arkansas will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Arkansas, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
The Terms in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that transaction unless a change is required by law or agreed to by the customer.
Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
